One-on-One Tutoring From Your Computer With Gene Hamm
Gene Hamm, creator of the DVD Cartooning Shortcuts, Formulas & Cheap Tricks and author of the book How To Get A Job in Animation (And Keep It) nows offers one-on-one cartooning and animation training. All you need is a Skype video connection for live critiques of your work and Q and A of Gene. You can email your work for Gene to critique and correct. Video conference sessions are $25.00 per hour. Sessions would be one hour once a week for five weeks. If there is an interruption in the five weeks, makeup sessions can be rescheduled. Gene developed and taught online animation courses at Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
The cartooning class will cover concepts in my Cartooning Shortcuts, Formulas, & Cheap Tricks DVD: Facial Emotions, Exaggeration, Heads, Bodies, Realism vs. Cartoon, and The Language of Comics.
The animation class will teach such concepts as the Wave Principle, Squash and Stretch, Walk Cycles, and Lip Sync.
